Shipping, returns, privacy and terms for every ENSOUL order.
Shipping Policy
- A reasonable delivery charge of ₹79 applies to every order, and delivery is free on orders above ₹2,499.
- Local Kanpur orders are delivered fast, usually within 2–3 days of design approval.
- Pan-India orders are shipped with tracking and delivered on the agreed date.
- Production begins only after you approve the design mockup.
Return Policy
- Customised and personalised products are made to order, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- If a product arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the approved mockup, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it.
- Blank bulk products in unused condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only the details needed to process your order: name, contact details, delivery address and your design files.
- Your design files are used solely for your order and are never resold or reused without permission.
- We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Terms & Conditions
- Orders are confirmed once the design is approved and payment terms are agreed on WhatsApp.
- You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photo or artwork you send us for printing.
- Slight colour variation between screen and print is normal and is not considered a defect.
